Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Purchase Options
The Clinical Soul Collective may offer recurring purchase options for select services, including but not limited to monthly Reiki Circle memberships or session packages. All recurring charges will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, including the billing frequency and amount.
Cancellation of Recurring Services
You may cancel a recurring subscription or purchase option at any time by contacting us directly via email at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
- Cancellations received less than 7 days before the next billing date may result in one final charge for the upcoming period
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain access through the period already paid
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
Session Package Cancellations
If you have purchased a session package (multiple sessions bundled together):
- Unused sessions in a package are non-refundable
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
- Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated
