RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique, handcrafted, and energetically intentional nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each item — whether a crystal, intention jewelry piece, sacred oil, ritual kit, or rosary — is uniquely prepared and energetically attuned for the intended recipient. Because of this, items cannot be restocked or resold.

The Beauty of Natural & Handcrafted Items

All of our products are handcrafted with love and intention using naturally occurring materials such as stones, crystals, wood, and other earth-given elements. As with all things found in nature, slight variations, imperfections, and unique markings are completely normal and are part of what makes your piece one-of-a-kind. These natural characteristics are not defects — they are a reflection of the earth's artistry and the uniqueness of your item.

A Note on Upcycled & Gently Used Elements

In alignment with our values of sustainability and intentional living, some of our creations may incorporate previously gently used elements — such as unique vintage wood boxes — that have been carefully selected, thoroughly cleaned, energetically cleared, and lovingly restored. This is our way of honoring the earth, reducing waste, and giving new life to beautiful materials that deserve a second chapter.

Every piece is thoughtfully prepared, cleansed, and created specifically for the person it is meant for. What arrives in your hands has been made just for you.

Issues With Your Order

If you experience any issues with your order (damaged in transit, incorrect item, etc.), please contact us directly via email within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis. Please note that natural variations in stones, wood grain, color, and texture are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

Reiki Sessions & Energy Work

All Reiki sessions — including individual distance sessions, virtual sessions, group Reiki Circles, and corporate/workplace sessions — are non-refundable once booked.

  • Distance and virtual Reiki sessions are delivered energetically and do not require your physical presence; as such, they are considered rendered upon the scheduled session time.
  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your session and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be honored at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Reiki Circle Registrations

Monthly Distance Reiki Circle registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to a future circle with at least 48 hours notice.

Digital Products

All digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
