Digital & Virtual Services
Reiki sessions, distance energy work, and Reiki Circle registrations are delivered virtually and do not require shipping. Access details and session links will be sent to your email upon booking confirmation.
Physical Products
All physical orders are lovingly packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order placement.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Free standard ground shipping on all domestic orders of $65 or more 🌿
- Orders under $65: standard ground shipping rate applies at checkout
- Expedited shipping is available at checkout but is not covered by The Clinical Soul Collective — expedited costs are fully the responsibility of the customer
- We do not offer or subsidize express, overnight, or priority shipping
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. All international shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. The Clinical Soul Collective does not cover or subsidize international shipping charges.
Please note:
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier
- Delivery times vary by country and carrier
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
